Last Updated: 6 September 2026
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website https://staging.b2b-engine.com (“Website”), as well as your choices regarding the data we collect.
By using our Website, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
1.1. Personal Data You Provide:
- Name, email address, phone number, or other contact details you submit through forms (e.g., contact form, demo request, newsletter sign-up).
- Any other information you voluntarily provide when interacting with us.
1.2. Automatically Collected Data:
When you visit our Website, we may automatically collect:
- Your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information.
- Pages you visit, time spent on the Website, clicks, and other usage statistics.
- Referring website or source (if you clicked on an ad or link).
We collect this data through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.
2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to improve your experience and measure website performance. These include:
2.1. Google Analytics 4 (GA4):
We use GA4 to understand how users interact with our Website, measure performance, and improve user experience. GA4 collects anonymized usage data such as page views, events, and session duration. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
2.2. Meta Pixel (Facebook & Instagram):
We use Meta Pixel to deliver relevant ads to users on Facebook, Instagram, and their partner networks, and to measure the effectiveness of our ads. This pixel may collect data such as page views, form submissions, and purchases. You can manage your preferences via Meta’s Ad Settings.
2.3. LinkedIn Insight Tag:
We use LinkedIn’s Insight Tag to measure ad performance, retarget website visitors on LinkedIn, and gain insights into audience behavior. LinkedIn may use data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
2.4. Other Tracking Tools:
We may also use additional analytics and remarketing tools (e.g., Twitter/X Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, HubSpot Tracking Code) to improve user experience and marketing performance.
2.5. Promptwatch:
We use Promptwatch to measure how many visitors arrive at this Website from an answer written by an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity. Promptwatch sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the page you land on, the site or assistant that referred you, your browser language and your time zone. It does not run until you accept analytics cookies.
2.6. Your cookie choice:
When you accept or reject cookies, we keep a record of that choice: when it was made, what you chose, the wording the banner had at that time, the page address your browser shares with us, and a code made from your IP address and browser details instead of the details themselves. We keep these records for 24 months and then delete them automatically.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide and improve our Website and services.
- Analyze user behavior to improve content and usability.
- Personalize ads and marketing messages.
- Communicate with you when you submit a form or request information.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Business Contact Details We Obtain From Other Sources
Some of the people we contact have never visited this website. Where we approach an organisation by email about our services, we may hold contact details that we obtained from someone other than the person concerned. This section explains that.
What we hold. A name, job title, work email address, employer name and employer website, together with publicly listed business information such as company size, industry and location. We do not seek or keep special category data. We do not hold personal email addresses or home addresses for this purpose.
Where it comes from. Business contact data providers, including Apollo.io, and publicly available professional sources such as company websites and LinkedIn profiles.
Why we process it. To identify organisations that may have a genuine need for marketing services, and to contact them about it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: our interest in reaching potential business customers, weighed against your interest in not being contacted unnecessarily. We have carried out and recorded an assessment of that balance, and you can ask us for a summary of it at any time.
How long we keep it. We keep prospect contact details for up to 24 months from the date we obtain them. If you ask us to stop contacting you we keep the minimum record needed to honour that request, so that you are not contacted again by mistake.
How to stop it. Every email we send carries a plain way to stop, and replying is enough. You can also email info@b2b-engine.com at any time. We will remove you and add you to our suppression list on the same working day. The rights set out in section 8 apply here in full, including your right to object to direct marketing, which we always honour.
5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Compliance)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:
- Consent: When you agree to the use of cookies or submit your information voluntarily.
- Legitimate Interest: To improve our Website and provide relevant marketing.
- Legal Obligation: When we are required to retain data by law.
6. Sharing of Information
We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us with website analytics, advertising, or communications (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Legal Authorities: When required to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Transfers outside the United Kingdom
Some of the providers above are based outside the United Kingdom, so using them means your data may be transferred there. Where that happens we rely on the United Kingdom International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, or on a United Kingdom adequacy decision for the country concerned.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we keep about you.
- Ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Ask us to restrict how we use your data while a question about it is being resolved.
- Ask for your data in a portable format, or ask us to send it to another provider.
- Object to us using your data, including for direct marketing. Where you object to direct marketing we stop, with no exceptions.
- Opt out of targeted advertising and cookies.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing it does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew.
You can exercise any of these rights by emailing info@b2b-engine.com. We reply within one month. We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the United Kingdom supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk. We would rather you came to us first, so we can put it right.
9. Managing Cookies
You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

10. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
