B2B Lead Generation Agency

Meetings with accounts you picked yourself.

Cold email and outbound built on a researched account list, with the domains, warm-up and follow-up run properly.

Meetings from the database you already own, and from accounts you name.

A postage meter at work: letters run down between the feed rollers, the printing drum turns once for each letter, and the trip lever and deflector swing aside as each one passes 210010110210310410510610710822137253012312412512812710810911011116Fig. 1.

The problem

Bought lists and generic sequences burn the domain that has to last.

Most outbound fails twice over. The list is scraped rather than researched, so the message cannot be specific. Then the volume goes out on the main sending domain, and the deliverability damage outlives the campaign that caused it. Since 1 February 2024, anyone sending 5,000 or more messages a day to Gmail has to authenticate the domain, offer one-click unsubscribe, and keep reported spam below 0.30%. Google publishes those rules and Yahoo brought in the same ones.

Outbound that works starts with a named list of accounts you would genuinely want, on infrastructure kept separate from the domain your invoices go out on. Replies to cold email fell through 2025, from 0.50% of emails sent in the first half of the year to 0.40% in the second. Belkins measured that across 7.5 million emails.

What we do

Outbound to accounts worth naming.

Account research

A list built from your best customers, verified by hand rather than scraped and hoped for.

Infrastructure

Dedicated sending domains, warm-up and inbox rotation, kept away from your primary domain.

Sequences

Written to one segment at a time, with the follow-ups that produce most of the replies.

Reply handling

Positive replies routed to your team the same day, with the context they need to run the call.

Why B2B Engine

Senior work, start to finish.

One senior operator

The person who defines the segments is the person who approves every send. No account-manager relay, no junior hand-off.

Outbound and content as one

The content that answers a prospect question is written by the same team that writes the sequence, so the follow-up has something real to point at.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How many meetings should we expect?

We report on positive reply rate, because meetings booked also depend on your team following up. Reply rate is the number we own. For scale, Gong found in 2025, across more than 28 million cold emails, that the average sales rep sends 344 to book one meeting.

How long before the first send?

Domain warm-up takes about three weeks and cannot be rushed without damaging deliverability. Research and copy run in parallel during that time.

Do you use our domain?

No. Outbound runs on separate domains bought for the purpose, so your primary domain is never at risk.

Is cold email legal in our market?

In the UK and EU, business-to-business contact is permitted with a lawful basis and a clear opt-out. In the US, CAN-SPAM allows it with accurate headers and an unsubscribe. We set the rules per market before sending.

What size company does this suit?

It suits companies with a real sales team to work the replies. Without someone to run the call, meetings go to waste.

Can we run this alongside our own outbound?

Yes, as long as we know which accounts your team already owns. Two sequences reaching one buyer is the fastest way to lose them.
